3. Payments

All prices displayed on our website are subject to change without prior notice until a booking is confirmed.

Payment may be made through approved payment methods specified by Colleagues Travel and Tours.

Additional fees, taxes, permit charges, or government-imposed costs may apply where relevant.

4. Cancellation by the Client

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.

Refund eligibility and cancellation charges may vary depending on:

Any non-refundable costs already incurred by Colleagues Travel and Tours will be deducted from any applicable refund.

6. Cancellation or Changes by Colleagues Travel and Tours

We reserve the right to modify, postpone, or cancel tours due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

  • Health emergencies

7. Travel Documents and Requirements

Clients are solely responsible for obtaining and carrying:

  • Travel permits
  • Vaccination certificates
  • Insurance documents
  • Any other required travel documentation

We are not liable for denied entry, missed departures, or losses resulting from insufficient documentation.

8. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering:

  • Medical emergencies
  • Trip cancellation
  • Trip interruption
  • Emergency evacuation
  • Personal belongings
  • Accidental injury

Travel insurance remains the responsibility of the client.

9. Health and Fitness

Certain tours, trekking programs, and adventure activities require a reasonable level of physical fitness.

Clients must disclose any medical conditions that may affect participation.

Colleagues Travel and Tours reserves the right to decline participation if a traveler’s health condition presents a safety risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

Colleagues Travel and Tours acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers, including airlines, hotels, transportation companies, guides, and activity operators.

We shall not be liable for:

  • Illness
  • Death
  • Property damage
  • Loss of luggage
  • Delays
  • Missed connections
  • Acts of third-party providers
  • Events beyond our reasonable control

Our liability shall be limited to the amount paid directly to us for the affected service.

We reserve the right to remove any participant from a tour without refund if their behavior:
